ACROBALANCE AKA ACRO YOGA IS A MUSCULARLY BASED FORM OF CIRCUS FITNESS. IT CONSISTS OF PARTNER LIFTS USUALLY PERFORMED BY A BASE AND A FLYER. THE BASE LIFTS AND SUPPORTS THE FLYER PARTNER INTO MANY DIFFERENT POSES AND POSITIONS.  THE ACROBATIC BODY MOVEMENTS, OR STATIONARY POSES, HAPPEN WHILE BALANCED ON AND SUPPORTED BY EACH OTHERS' BODY TO PRODUCE FANTASTIC SHAPES.
