CURRENTLY WE HAVE A MIXED SINGLE LEVEL FOR ACRO BALANCE. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AND STRENGTH TRAINING IS A PART OF THE CLASS.

Acrobalance is a muscularly based form of circus Fitness. It consists of partner lifts usually performed by a base and a flyer, where the base lifts the flyer partner in many different poses and positions. The acrobatic body movements, or stationary poses, happen while balanced on and supported by each others' body to produce fantastic shapes.
