BURLEXERCIZE™- Thursdays 5:30pm High-energy, low-impact, showgirl workout utilizing burlesque choreography. From struts and shimmies to bumps and grinds, work the teaser moves while getting a workout! (No previous burlesque or dance experience required.)



PILATEASE™- TuesdaYS 7:00pm Low-impact Pilates & ballet-based workout to deeply tone and condition while creating and strengthening long, elegant lines for your onstage performances or the runway of LIFE


Twerk HopTuesdays 6:00pm & Saturdays 12:00pm -  ​a mix of hiphop and twerking this class will make you laugh as hard as you dance! Move your booty in ways you never thought possible all while getting a great workout. 


ChoreoFit™ Wednesdays 5:30pm -  ​A MIX OF HIPHOP AND MODERN DANCE.  EACH WEEK WE VOTE ON A SONG TO CREATE A SMALL PIECE OF CHOREOGRAPHY TO. SWEAT LIKE A BOSS AND DANCE LIKE A FOX. 


bASIC aERIAL- Mondays 5:30pm try your hand at flying high at this intro class! Get the chance to experience silks, lyra and more to find the right apparatus program for you! PLEASE WEAR LEGGINGS!



BASIC POLE- Mondays 6:00pm, Saturdays 11:00am & Sundays 12:30Pm A  FUNDAMENTALS CLASS THAT WILL GIVE YOU A TASTE OF POLE DANCE AND PREPARE YOU FOR OUR UNIQUE POLE PROGRAM.  NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY; please wear shorts & do not apply lotion 24 hrs before class


EXFIT SCULPT Mondays 7:00pm, SATURDAYS 10:00am, & Sundays 12:30PM Work your entire body in this strength and flexibility class. You will work your major muscle groups to help you cross-train for your fitness or Exfit journey. Flexibility helps with recovery and is focused on at the end of class. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY


Hoop and Flow - FRIDAYS 5:30PM Learn how to work and play with hula hoops and other flow toy arts! 


Pump and Perk - Wednesdays 9:30AM 


Belly Dance Drills - Fridays 5:30pm This ancient movement has been used for thousands of years!  Blended with modern dance tribal fusion belly dance is like moving pilaties. work your core and feel empowered.


fiercely flexy - saturdays 11:00AM Lets stretch! Flexibility is an important aspect in all fitness and dance disciplines. It helps with recovery and injury no matter what level you are in. In Fiercely Flexy we will begin with an intense warm-up to get the muscles prepared to safely stretch. The remainder of class is focused on stretching different muscle groups throughout the body. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Please wear several layers to class.


pole COMPOSITION - mondays 5:00pm Think outside the box! Through a variety of composition exercises, explore performance tips, character & story-line development, tone & arc of a dance, and more!
Get your creative fires stoked in a supportive, constructive space! Bring notebook, pen, pole shorts and pants. 
Must have completed at least 1 session of Pole 1 to attend. PLEASE WEAR SHORTS & DO NOT APPLY LOTION 24 HRS BEFORE CLASS
