Lyra (also known as aerial hoop) is a muscularly based form of circus fitness. The Lyra is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which students may perform aerial acrobatics. As seen in circus performances across the world we will lift, spin and flip our way to health while getting to fly.



CLASS LEVEL(S)-

lEVEL 1- BEGIN YOUR LYRA JOURNEY. LEARN BASIC SKILLS AND STRENGTH TRAIN. EXPERIENCE GROUP CHOREOGRAPHY, have the opportunity TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDENT SHOWCASE. 


lEVEL 2- LEARN INTERMEDIATE moves, transitions and COMBOS. EXPERIENCE GROUP CHOREOGRAPHY AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A SOLO AT THE STUDENT SHOWCASE.  


lEVEL 3- LEARN HIGH INTERMEDIATE MOVES, TRANSITIONS, DROPS AND COMBOS. EXPERIENCE GROUP CHOREOGRAPHY AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A SOLO AT THE STUDENT SHOWCASE. 


LEVEL 4- LEARN ADVANCED MOVES, COMBOS, DROPS AND PARTNER MOVES. EXPERIENCE GROUP CHOREOGRAPHY AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A SOLO AT THE STUDENT SHOWCASE. PREP FOR OUTSIDE PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
