LYRA aka AERIAL HOOP IS A MUSCULARLY BASED FORM OF CIRCUS FITNESS. THE LYRA IS A CIRCULAR STEEL APPARATUS (RESEMBLING A HULA HOOP) SUSPENDED FROM THE CEILING- ON WHICH STUDENTS MAY PERFORM AERIAL ACROBATICS. AS SEEN IN CIRCUS PERFORMANCES ACROSS THE WORLD WE WILL LIFT, SPIN AND FLIP OUR WAY TO HEALTH WHILE GETTING TO FLY.
