BOUNCE -  ​A MIX OF HIPHOP, TWERKING AND BOUNCE SKILLS, THIS CLASS WILL MAKE YOU LAUGH AS HARD AS YOU DANCE! MOVE YOUR BOOTY IN WAYS YOU NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE ALL WHILE GETTING A GREAT WORKOUT. 



BASIC POLE-  A FUNDAMENTALS CLASS THAT WILL GIVE YOU A TASTE OF POLE DANCE AND PREPARE YOU FOR OUR UNIQUE POLE PROGRAM. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY; PLEASE WEAR SHORTS & DO NOT APPLY LOTION 24 HRS BEFORE CLASS



SPIN POLE- 
In this intermediate-level class you will learn how to transition gracefully between aerial, base, and floor moves in a choreographed sequence, all the while building up your spin stamina. Polish your flow, refine your musicality, and work on developing creativity in your freestyle. This class will increase your confidence in the quality of your performance. Wear shorts and bring a water bottle. Pre-req: solid multiple climbs on static



MIXED POLE TRICKS- This class will have a different focus each class, based on what YOU the student wants to work on. Be guided through different entries and exits from tricks you already know, or learn all new tricks! No experience necessary; all levels welcomed!



CHAIR POLE CHOREO- This class will fuse the arts of pole dancing and chair dancing. We'll cover skills on both apparatus and learn about a minute of choreography. Some pole or chair experience is helpful, but not strictly necessary. Wear short shorts and layers such as leggings or leg warmers. High heeled shoes are optional.



AERIAL SILKS/ROPE/LYRA/TRAP FOUNDATIONS-  TRY YOUR HAND AT FLYING HIGH AT THIS INTRO CLASS! GET THE CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE SILKS, LYRA AND MORE TO FIND THE RIGHT APPARATUS PROGRAM FOR YOU! PLEASE WEAR LEGGINGS!



INTRO TO HAMMOCK- Each class we will learn ways to get into the hammock, how to go upside down safely, and a sequence of 3-5 moves. We'll close out by coordinating these moves to music for a short group choreography. Content will change from one week to the next



STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING FOR AERIALISTS- Working out with a buddy is always better. Come join us in our quest for stronger inverts, bigger pull-ups, more stable hocks hangs, higher hip keys, and straighter legs & toe points, and we'll motivate each other.



KICKBOXING FOR DANCERS- Fuse the elements of the strength training, cardio blast and precision of kickboxing with the grace of dance movement! 



SPLITS AND BACKBENDS- In this class we will work on active flexibility for legs and back to get beautiful splits and backbends that hold up in the air as well as on the ground. We will employ a variety of techniques including nerve glides, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), and active/isometric stretching where we strengthen opposing muscle groups to help hold that stretch.

 
​BELLY DANCE DRILLS -  THIS ANCIENT MOVEMENT HAS BEEN USED FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS!  BLENDED WITH MODERN DANCE TRIBAL FUSION BELLY DANCE IS LIKE MOVING PILATES. WORK YOUR CORE AND FEEL EMPOWERED. 



BollyFit - BollyFit is fitness oriented and will focus on certain styles of Bollywood songs to get your heart pumping. You will learn a new 2 minutes of high energy choreography every week.
