-  WORK YOUR ENTIRE BODY IN THIS STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY CLASS. YOU WILL WORK YOUR MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS TO HELP YOU CROSS-TRAIN FOR YOUR FITNESS OR EXFIT JOURNEY. FLEXIBILITY HELPS WITH RECOVERY AND IS FOCUSED ON AT THE END OF CLASS. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.



Hip Hop Choreo - Hip Hop Choreo is an all-levels class that focuses on musicality and rhythm through hip hop choreography and combinations. This high-energy class will be a workout for your body as well as your brain. Drop in each week to learn a fun short routine to the hottest music!



Yoga - If you can breathe, you can do yoga! In Hatha Yoga practice, we utilize pranayama (breath) and asana (physical postures) to bring balance to the body and mind. Come cultivate your breath and flow through a guided sequence. We will finish each practice with a guided relaxation to feel peaceful and rejuvenated. All bodies and experience levels welcome!


​BELLY DANCE DRILLS -  THIS ANCIENT MOVEMENT HAS BEEN USED FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS!  BLENDED WITH MODERN DANCE TRIBAL FUSION BELLY DANCE IS LIKE MOVING PILATES. WORK YOUR CORE AND FEEL EMPOWERED. 



BollyFit - BollyFit is fitness oriented and will focus on certain styles of Bollywood songs to get your heart pumping. You will learn a new 2 minutes of high energy choreography every week.
 


​HANDSTANDS, SPLITS, AND FLEXIBILITY-  SKILLS AND DRILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ELUSIVE HANDSTAND, IMPROVE YOUR CENTER AND SIDE SPLITS, OR IMPROVE ACTIVE AND PASSIVE FLEXIBILITY! WE WILL EXPLORE HAND AND ARM POSITIONS, BENT AND STRAIGHT LEG VARIATIONS, AND DIFFERENT EXITS AND ENTRANCES.


Juggling & Balance Skills - Students will learn to juggle three balls, balance on a rola-bola (balance board), and  introduced to scarves, rings, clubs, and walking globe. All levels welcome! This class will offer sound beginner foundations, intermediate skills, and challenges for the advanced juggler. Students will be instructed in safety, best-practices, and develop skills in a welcoming environment.
