Which Classes are Best for Beginners?
We have a variety of great courses at ExFit with 2 distinct price options based on the curriculum and class length. Most 1 hour classes for an 8 week Session are $160 while 1.5 hour classes for an 8 week Session are $240. *Specialty discount packages are offered for both.

Our four week Lesson Series introduces participants to all the fundamental skills needed for a specific ExFit discipline. This is a great way to cross train your new skills!
Designed to help you grow your skills, strength, and confidence, Session Courses are eight weeks in length and include in depth instruction.
