Can’t commit to a full session now but want test try a class? That’s great! We have Drop in Fitness classes too! Our drop in classes are a perfect way for any student to try all the different disciplines at ExFit. Find your ExperTease.
We are excited you want to join us! At ExFit our programs are structured as 8 week Session Courses designed to help you grow your skills, strength, and confidence. Booking opens 3-4 weeks ahead of each Session. Be sure to check out our 2019 session dates under Schedule.
No experience is needed for any Level 1 Session Course and all courses include the opportunity to participate in an end of session Student Showcase. You will book using our account system see below.

Which Classes are Best for Beginners?
We have a lot of great courses at ExFit and booking can be a little tricky your first time, so we are here to help. ExFit has a "credits" based booking system. Each course it divided into different brackets of Bronze, Silver or Gold based on price, number of classes, and skill level.
You can purchase Bronze, Silver or Gold credits at any time. Then when course registration is open, you will book your desired courses and the system will automatically apply your credits.
